IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:
- Handles Troubleshooting of Windows operation system and Ms Office applications
- Operates the maintenance network infrastructure
- Identify problem (Hardware, OS, Application, Virus, network, others.)
- Ensures all the assigned incidents are handled properly and timely
- Processes weekly, monthly reports and documentations
- Performs any other task as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent
- Basic WAN & LAN knowledge
- Good knowledge in PC environment (Windows & Ms.office)
- Good knowledge in client virus handling (TrendMicro, ect.)
- Good knowledge in gateway virus handling (IMSS, SMEX, ect.)
- Good knowledge in handling PC via Remote Access
- Good knowledge in PC Hardware components & troubleshooting
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
