Organization Development (HRS-O)(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis on previous HR programs
- Develop roll out & evaluate company initiatives in performance management, job evaluation, talent management, career management, succession planning, knowledge management & other responsibility related with competency management
- Understanding & capturing HR needs of our internal customer
Requirements:
- Solid banking/ financial industry exposure or experience with strong education
- background in HR management / Psychology
- Experience in related field minimum 5-6 year
- Experience in implementing sharing knowledge, mentoring, training, e-learning
- Self analytical thinking and problem solving, proactive, open to continuous change
Communicative, cooperative, and customer oriented
