Customer Service(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly qualified, proactive and experienced Customer Service to join our team
    Responsibilities will include:
  • Handling all incoming calls including answering client's questions, providing clients request and other information
  • Follow up all incoming complaints by email or by phone
  • Provide report to supervisor on weekly basis


Requirements:

  • Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any dicipline, major in English is preferred
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Have proficiency in both written & spoken English is a must
  • Have experience in health insurance is a preferred
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Familiar with office application
  • High motivated person
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Willing to work in shift
  • Overseas training or experience will be highly regarded as will experience in the insurance industry.
