Provide engineering support to maintain a high level of uptime and product quality output on equipment, which allows the plant to meet production, schedules and meets or exceeds company standards.
Maintain equipment efficiency to keep energy cost as low possible
Ensure that equipment is repaired properly to keep parts and engineering materials costs low
Achieve a high level of manpower efficiency through training and motivation to keep labor costs as low as possible
Provide a cost control system for capital projects to ensure that budgets are not exceeded
Provide proper direction to ensure that equipment installation and modification schedule are met
Ensure that all safety, industrial health, environmental, and housekeeping practies are adhered to in order to avoid problems with governmental agencies as well as corporate standards and procedures.
Provide full involvement of all associates in common plant objectives of quality and productivity via sound associate practies and communications programs

Job requirements :

Min Bachelor degree with majoring mechanical or electrical engineering .
Min 5 years experience as Engineering / maintenance Manager preferably from heavy Equipment Industry or rubber Industry
Depth knowledge of Engineering & Maintenance Management principal
Familiar with Rockwell machine trouble shooting is preferable
Excellence in both interpersonal skills and communication skills
Strong analytical capability
Undestand and could work on the technical subject directly in case of critical situation
High integrity, excellent communication, broad minded
Good leadership skills
Fluent in English & computer literate
